Meet Trevor Tandy

Trevor is a passionate and conscientious leader and entrepreneur who directs growth for The Dwelling Collection's Apartment Locating business. Whether it's The Dwelling Collection's agents, clients, or vendors - Trevor cares deeply about providing transparent and quality service to his constituents. 

A passionate urbanist, Trevor has studied at the University of Denver, Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and MIT's School of Architecture and Planning. As a lobbyist, Trevor spent four years managing congestion reduction on I-70 where he wrote and led the introduction and passage of various state legislation, worked on management teams of multi-billion dollar highway infrastructure projects, and traveled around the state launching Colorado's award-winning intercity bus service, Bustang.

Since his transition to entrepreneurship in 2020, Trevor has co-founded Denver-based community events company Fireside at Five and Columbus-based ADU manufacturer Re: Stacks (a product of MIT's DesignX Lab), before leading the growth of Texas-based Central Metro Realty from 350 agents to nearly 1000 with over $2 billion in annual sales transaction volume.
