Meet Trevor Tandy

Trevor is a growth-oriented, big picture thinker and conscientious leader. He is an urban planner and lobbyist by trade, having studied at the University of Denver, Curtin University Sustainable Policy Institute, Harvard Graduate School of Design, and MIT's School of Architecture and Planning. He began his professional career traveling around Colorado supporting the launch of its statewide bus service, Bustang, and following that spent four years representing 25+ City/County partners and managing congestion reduction initiatives on the I-70 Mountain Corridor between Golden and Vail. 

Trevor began his journey toward entrepreneurship in 2020 as a founding member of Denver-based marketing and events firm, Fireside at Five, and serves a principal of Columbus-based ADU manufacturer RE: Stacks - a product of the MITdesignX incubator. 

His transition into real estate services began in 2022 when he joined Austin-based Central Metro Realty as Head of Growth and led expansion from 400 to nearly 1000 agents, and the strategic acquisition of complementary service providers. 

Trevor joined forces with The Dwelling Collection in fall of 2023 to leads its expansion into apartment locating and multifamily marketing. Trevor loves collaboration. Reach out to him anytime!
